Luxurious new urban vertical resort One&Only One Za’abeel began welcoming guests at the start of January 2024, and from this March, it will also be opening the doors to its highly-anticipated longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.

Science is at the heart of all the treatments hosted in the 3,800 square metre three-storey space, with offerings including cryotherapy, infrared light therapy, IV drips, neuro wave stimulation, supplements with tailored formulas, regenerative facials, detoxifying massages, and a number of non-invasive aesthetic beauty boosters.

The Dubai location is the first in the Middle East and only the fifth in the world, with existing hubs in Madrid, Bangkok, Doha, and Taipei. The brand hopes to expand in the years to come, with the goal of establishing 40 locations across the world that can operate on an interconnected basis.
