The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) has launched a mobile app for both hotel guests and members of its loyalty programme Leaders Club.
The LHW portfolio currently consists of over 400 hotels in over 80 countries, including The Ritz, The Landmark, Baglioni and Brown’s Hotel, a Rocco Forte Hotel in London.
The Leading Hotels app gives guests the ability to discover and book more than 400 properties across 80 destinations, as well as requesting room upgrades and managing reservations across multiple hotels in a trip.
Once checked in, the app acts as a “personal concierge” for guests, with property-specific information such as dining options, amenities, local maps and directions and transport services.
For a more personalised stay, guests can submit pre-arrival requests at select properties through the app.
Leaders Club members also have an account profile page where they can check their points balance, status information and explore exclusive rates and perks.
