The two properties share facilities including two onsite restaurants (which are still to open) and a bar, as well meeting and coworking space, a fitness centre and pool deck.
The Yotel brand launched in 2007 at London’s Gatwick airport, and there are currently around 21 properties including six in the US.
The Yotelpad spin-off was launched in 2019, and opened its first property in Park City (around 35 miles from Salt Lake City International airport) in 2020, with properties also under development in Geneva and Atlanta.
Rates for Yotel Miami start from $199 per night, with the Yotelpad from £349.
